9-day Cairo Luxor and Red Sea Tour

Upon your arrival to Cairo airport, our representative will be there to Meet and assist at the airport, transfer to the hotel to check in.
Over night at your leisure, optional sound and light show or Dinner Cruise with Oriental Belly Dancing and Tanoura (whirling Dervishes) shows.

Today you check out from Cairo hotel, after breakfast at hotel you will meet with your tour guide who will go through a quick briefing about your tour. 
Go on a tour escorted by your Egyptology guide to explore the only standing wonder of the ancient world, the 3 Pyramids of Giza and its guardian Sphinx. 
Short break for a light lunch.
Then You will have a short drive to Cairo's downtown to visit the overwhelming museum in Cairo, the Egyptian museum that displays a huge and rare collection, considered the largest most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world, the Egyptian museum houses over 120,000 ancient artifacts are in display, explore the treasures from the most famous Tomb of the Golden King Tutankhamen that was discovered in the 1920s, you will have the option to visit Royal mummy room. 


Later on you will be transferred back to your hotel to freshen up before the transfer to the train station to catch the 1st class sleeper train to Luxor about 9 hours.

This morning you will arrive to Luxor, drop your luggage at the Hotel, freshen up and be escorted by your Egyptology Tour guide to visit the east bank sites, including the gigantic complex of Karnak temples to get lost between its ruins and massive columns, after your visit to the Karnak complex you will also visit Luxor temple that was named after the city itself and was dedicated to the patron God Amon-Ra.

Early today you will be driven 30 minutes to visit the west bank sites, including the valley of the kings where the Royal tombs are combined where the famous tomb of the Young Pharaoh Tutankhamen was discovered, then have a short drive to the mortuary temple of the iconic Female Pharaoh queen Hatshepsut.

Today you will check out before to board the bus again to be transferred to Hurghada, the drive is about 4 hours, stop will be arranged to stretch legs and snack. By the end of the day you will reach your hotel that will accommodate you for the next 3 days and nights, you will start with dinner.

Free day - half-board based as well

Today after breakfast you will check out and be driven to Cairo, the drive is about 7 hours, stops will be arranged, arrive Cairo and check into your hotel, based on your flight schedule tomorrow you may have some free time and we invite you to make the max of it and consider an optional tour to the Coptic and Islamic sites of Cairo or a full day trip to Alexandra.

As mentioned above you may consider spending more time wondering around the city or take a full day trip to Alexandria and explore the Greco-Roman city on the Mediterranean Sea (kindly check it with your tour rep or check Cairo day tours on the website (from the top left hand-side Menu, tab Our Tours, from the drop-down menu select Our Day Tours, Then select Cairo Day Tours)
