Tour Rescheduling & Cancelation Policy

These Terms and Conditions were designed for your own convenience, some tour services are pre-booked with third parties to guarantee that everything will be pre-organized and that your tour will be running smoothly. Therefore EWT books certain services in advance, such as hotel rooms and transportation, these services are subject to terms and conditions with third parties, eventually in case of applying some changes certain charges may apply; however, we are keen to maintain your trust understating that you might need to make some changes, that’s why we are communicating these terms and conditions of your tour booking in advance.

Tour booking deadline Policy:

Single-day tours booking deadline is 24 hours prior to tour start time.
Multi-day tours in the same city have a deadline of 2 calendar days prior to tour start date.
Multi-city tours have a deadline of 3 calendar days prior to tour start date.
Please note that booking within deadlines is considered to be last-minute booking that is not subject to rescheduling or cancelation.

Tour Postponing and Rescheduling Policy:

In case of having any reason to change your tour booking, kindly notify in advance.
Last-minute tours are not subject to changes, as they run under constant confirmation with third parties.
If your tour includes flight or train tickets, rescheduling will be a must, ticket price and processing fees will apply.
Single-day tours that don’t include room reservation can be rescheduled with no extra fees.
Multi-day & Multi-city tours can be rescheduled with applicable fees (especially if accommodation and transportation tickets are included in your tour package).
In certain cases, flight and train tickets might be subject to change according to navigation or weathering circumstances for no extra fees unless upgrading is applying.

Tour Cancelation Policy:

Last-minute bookings are not subject to rescheduling or cancelation due to constant confirmation with third parties.
Single-day tours can be canceled 3 days before tour start time if a room is not booked through EWT, if the room is booked through our company, the room rate will be deducted.
Multi-day tours in the same city can be canceled 7 days before the tour start date, room deposit, transportation pre-booked tickets, and processing fees will be deducted from the deposit depending on the season (50% of tour deposit).
Multi-city tours that include accommodation and transportation pre-booked tickets can be canceled 15 days before the tour start date, room deposit, transportation tickets, and processing fees might apply depending on the season (50% of tour deposit).
