Terry L. McGowan, 72, of Three Springs, PA passed away Saturday, June 4th, 2022 at Meritus Health, Hagerstown, MD.
Terry was born in Chambersburg, PA on September 26, 1949, the son of the late Lois I. Carolyn Jean McGowan, the daughter of Jesse James Jackson and Jean Evelyn Jackson was born in Hearne, TX on March 1, 1961.
